Pre application Proposal for development of the land to the rear of the Memorial Hall, Cross Farm Road and Westfield Lane Meeting 29th Feb 2024

Extraordinary Meeting of the Parish Council on Thursday 29th February at 7pm in Draycott Memorial Hall.
The meeting is being held to take the views of the Parish and to hear information on the potential proposal for development of the land to the rear of The Memorial Hall, The Playing Field, Cross Farm Road, and Westfield Lane. In particular, the drawings of the potential access which includes the driveway to the Memorial Hall, will be discussed.
As this is a pre application discussion, the meeting is being held for open discussion on the proposal. Should a view or opinion be expressed by a Councillor, this will not bind the council to make a decision on any future planning application. Further, where no views are expressed this should not be seen as implicit support for the proposal.

The Playing Field Committee, Draycott Memorial Hall Committee, Cheddar Parish Council and the development consultants will be invited to attend. Members of the public are welcome to attend the meeting and were invited to submit any questions to the Clerk at rodneystokepc@gmail.com by the 12th February, in order to gather information for the meeting.
